By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
This Agreement is a legally binding contract between the Company and any individual or entity (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”) who accepts this offer. The acceptance of this Agreement is confirmed when the Customer places an order, makes a payment, or otherwise engages with the Company’s services.
2. Services Provided
The Company provides the following services:
- Supply and installation of heat recovery ventilation systems
- Routine and emergency maintenance services
- System diagnostics, cleaning, and performance optimization
- Consultation on energy-efficient ventilation solutions
- Replacement of parts and accessories
3. Order Placement and Payment
3.1. The Customer can place an order for services through the official website of Brilydan, via phone, or by email.
3.2. The cost of services is determined based on the current pricing available on the website or provided upon request. The Company reserves the right to update pricing without prior notice.
3.3. Payment must be made in full before service provision unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Payment methods include bank transfers, online payments, and other methods specified on the website.
3.4. An order is considered confirmed only after the Customer receives written confirmation from the Company.
4. Performance of Services
4.1. The Company undertakes to provide services in a professional and timely manner, using certified equipment and qualified personnel.
4.2. The Customer must provide access to the premises where the services will be performed. In case of refusal or delay, the Company reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the service.
4.3. Any additional work not included in the initial agreement will require a separate service order and may incur additional charges.
5. Warranty and Liability
5.1. The Company guarantees the quality of services provided in accordance with industry standards.
5.2. If defects or faults occur due to improper installation or service provided by the Company, repairs or corrections will be carried out at no additional cost within the warranty period.
5.3. The warranty does not cover failures resulting from external factors, misuse, or third-party interference.
5.4. The Company shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages caused by system malfunctions beyond the control of the Company.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
6.1. The Customer has the right to cancel an order within 14 days of placement, provided that the service has not yet been delivered.
6.2. If the Customer cancels a confirmed service appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, a cancellation fee may apply.
6.3. Refunds will be processed within 14 working days upon agreement between the parties.
7. Data Protection and Privacy
7.1. The Company processes the Customer’s personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
7.2. By placing an order, the Customer consents to the processing of their personal data for service provision, record-keeping, and marketing purposes, as described in the Company’s
Privacy Policy.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
8.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
8.2. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall seek to resolve the matter amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be settled through arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.
